There are several ways to backup and restore Calendar Events. The restore process will depend on how the Events or Contacts were backed up.
1. Global level: The entire Groupware database is stored in a SQLite database, unless you changed it to a different database. The database file is located in the following default location under the installation path for IceWarp.
calendar\groupware.db
If you want to globally restore the data (All user Events and Contacts) you can restore a copy of this file. You would have needed to schedule a disk backup or have copied this file to a backup location (shared drive, etc...) for future restore.
Or, again globally, you can restore a backup file created manually from File - Restore Settings.
Or restore from a scheduled backup under System - Tools - System Backup
Note: If you restore a backup file it will restore the entire server, including server settings, domains and users, etc....
2. Domain/User level: You can Backup the domain or individual users Groupware data from Groupware - General - Backup Data... See other options in this tab for backup and restore options.
Note: Keep in mind you would have had to use the backup option prior to the need to restore in order to restore the events in question.
3. User level: The user also has the option to backup (export) Events from IceWarp Webmail client.
Tools - Import / Export
Groupware tab
After logging in to Webmail select Tools - Import/Export, select the Groupware tab and Export. This will save the Events or Calendar to file so it can be restored later. Of course, this would have had to take place prior to the need to restore Events.
4. How to create a new Calendar? If you delete Events or want to create a second Calendar you can do so from Webmail. Select Tools - Options - General tab, and Default folders. From here you can select the ... button next to the folder you want to create and add it under your account. Make sure you select the type of folder you want to create and provide a name for the folder and press OK.

Kerio MailServer Technical Bulletin
Emails Dated 2010 are being marked as SPAM
Kerio wish to make you aware of a bug that may have been affecting your email since 1st January 2010.
SpamAssassin 3.2.5 used in Kerio MailServer's Spam Filter contains a bug which means that all emails sent in the year 2010 may get an additional 3.188 spam score points. This could lead to regular messages being marked as spam or blocked by the server. More details on the bug can be found here
We would advise that you implement the following workaround:
Please create a new custom spam rule which will decrease the spam score by -3.2 points for every message containing Received header with substring "2010".
Please note, the workaround will need to be removed once the issue is fixed.
A Knowledge Base article on implementing the workaround and also outlining a solution for this bug can be found here: http://support.kerio.com/kb/557
The Kerio development team are currently finalizing a patch for Kerio MailServer 6.7.3 which will resolve this problem. Once released it will be available from Kerio MailServer Downloads.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the Kerio Support Team
